Ashlee Vitz is a teacher, actor, and writer from Indiana. She was adopted as an infant, and many later discovered she was of Aztec descent. This news inspired her to write about another adopted, Hooser girl along with a healthy dose of fantasy! Ashlee enjoys her Midwestern home with her husband and daughter.In her summers, she delights in Performing with Crossroads Repertory Theatre on the campus of Indiana Stale University. During the school year, she cherishes her students at Center Grove High School. She is delighted to share her first published work with a wider audience.
